Today I ate: Kale salad with cherry tomatoes, chopped walnuts, cranberries, Annie's raspberry vinaigrette, and avocado. I was too hungry to take a pic so here's one that looks kinda like it. Then I ate a bowl of rice crispies with organic unsweetened soy milk and organic sliced banana. Then I ate Amy's vegan enchiladas and topped it with lettuce, sliced tomato, and avocado. Then for dessert I had a little bit of coconut milk cookies 'n' cream ice cream. I prefer soy or cashew or almond but for some reason coconut is the most popular vegan ice cream. Pretty annoying IMO because that's all they sell at places like Target or WinCo. Still good though.

Today I had rice crispies with bananas and soy milk for breakfast, then I had a Lenny and Larry vegan cookie: Then I had that kale, pecan, cranberry, Annie's raspberry vinaigrette, avocado and tomato salad again but this time minus avocado since I don't think it's ripe yet and with the addition of thinly sliced red bell pepper. Was again too hungry to take a pic. Then I had some watermelon.

Why do vegan food tries to imitate non-vegan food so much? Could you just eat grass? Because you're living a boring life

K so today I ate a really amazing calzone from a vegan restaurant. Then I ate a little organic apple that I picked (from the ground) myself. Haven't had much of an appetite lately. + And days I didn't post about I ate stuff like cinnamon oatmeal with stevia and chia seeds and soy milk. Then beefless taquitos with home made guacamole. And umm, I had Taco Bell which I am slightly ashamed of but man it was good and I had to stop somewhere really quick in between two jobs.or I'd never get to eat that day. I got extra red sauce. I wish they sold their red sauce in bottles. That stuff is the best. Edit: Oh yeah, and also made these gluten free chocolate chip cookies using Hodgson Mills cookie mix, then used semi-sweet chocolate chips which are usually vegan. I forget what brand. Then I forgot to bring Earth Balance (was babysitting) so I used coconut oil instead and it came out perfect and the kid said, "Oh yeah, these are awesome!" Then I used banana and peanut butter in place of the egg. Very delicious. Oh yeah and for people on a budget, this stuff looks pretty good IMO: theplantstrongvegan.com/plant-based-on-a-budget-challenge-25-week-meal-plan/plantbasedonabudget.com/recipe/black-bean-meatballs/

I am not. Why do you ask? Also, today I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with chia seeds in the jelly. And for lunner, I had tofu saag with basmati rice and tandoori roti from my favorite Indian restaurant. Mmm.

These things are awesome. Only takes 25 seconds for two of them in the microwave and they're delicious. Best vegan hot dog things I've ever had. Doesn't even need condiments. Also had a slice of vegan chocolate cake from Lassen's. This picture doesn't do it justice but it was amazing. And I got some Go Max Go Buccaneer bars for only 50 cents each. Score. By some I mean everything they had. Then I got some Enchilokas from the 99 cents store: Yum yum. An Amy's lasagna. Haven't tried it yet. Can only hope it compares to Whole Food's vegan lasagna. Then I got some vegan jewel chocolates. Bananas foster and coconut caramel pecan. Not sure they were worth 2 dollars each but they were very delicious. Oh. Then I got some "all out of bubble gum" soda. Then some vegan ranch dressing. Beyond Meat meatless meatballs but those were fucking disgusting IMO so I'm not gonna post a pic. Zevia soda. Made with stevia so it is zero calorie but all natural. Very nice. So far I like black cherry and cream soda the most, but I haven't tried every flavor yet. There are a ton. And a vegan veggie delite with avocado from Subway. With pepper, vinegar, and oil. I usually ask for extra of a few veggies and they don't charge extra.
